As the Bendigo Advertiser reported in March last year, IBAC's investigation resulted in a Special Report to Parliament and as required by legislation, a number of people were given an opportunity to respond to the report, in draft form, before it was published.
Responses from Mr Mulder and Bendigo Health are published in the report.
Following the tabling of IBAC's report, Bendigo Health conducted its own investigation.
In August 2017 the Board of Bendigo Health announced that it had unanimously decided to end Mr Mulder's employment.
IBAC was not party to this decision.

ABC’s yearly budget v private school funding
ABC CEO appointed by the board. The Board appointed by the Government, so yeah, its pretty much independent-- not.
Aunty's detractors constantly whine about the ABC's yearly budget, and depending on who you believe, is somewhere between $1 and $1.2 billion dollars.
So how does that compare with the Governments private schools $1.2 billion dollar "slush fund".
So lets have a debate about both and see who comes out on top, but just remember
for the private school slush fund to reign supreme, it would have to achieve a pass mark of 85% from the public.
Maybe the schools involved, could add the above to their choice of subjects. We could also have a minister for the above as well.
Oh I forgot, we already have one.
