The BOM is warning those in the Mallee, Wimmera, Northern Country, North Central, North East, South West and Central forecast districts.
Frosts with temperatures down to zero degrees are expected, though the BOM warns temperatures at ground level may be lower than those recorded at standard weather stations.
Bendigo is expecting a minimum 3 degrees overnight, though that will be followed by a maximum of 20 degrees, with light winds on a partly cloudy day.
