Three new return trips are scheduled between Heathcote and Bendigo on Saturday and Sundays.
Five return trips will run each weekday from Monday.
A new route has been announced, with all services stopping at: Heathcote, Derrinal, Knowsley, Axedale, Longlea, Farmers Arms Hotel, Wilkie Road, Trotting Terrace, Junortoun, Bendigo Domain Village, Strath Village, Latrobe Uni, central Bendigo and Bendigo Station.
A full-fare return trip from Heathcote to Bendigo has been reduced to $10.80, from $20.60. A concession return fare will cost $5.40 instead of $10.30.
The full-fare fee for passengers travelling between Junortoun and Bendigo will be $4.80 return, and $2.40 concession.
Changes are also planned for Routes 63 and 71.
Route 63 will be extended, adding half-hourly services from Bendigo Railway Station to the Bendigo Hospital.
The Route 71 Strathfieldsaye loop to Junortoun will travel via Junortoun Road, Trotting Terrace, McIvor Forest Drive and Floreate Drive.
Service changes were announced in June following a public consultation process.
