Zarah Woodford was last seen at a Broadford secondary school at 1pm on Wednesday.
Police and family members hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Zarah is known to frequent the Eaglehawk, Kilmore, and Ivanhoe areas.
Anyone who sees Zarah or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the Kilmore Police Station on 5782 1211.
