Members of the Central Victoria Response Unit searched an address in the Bendigo suburb about 11am today, seizing a firearm and a quantity of drugs.
A 34-year-old man has since been charged with firearms and drug offences. Central Victoria Response Unit Sergeant Grant Thompson said the man was remanded in custody.
Another man, aged 20, has also been remanded in custody. A total of 27 charges have been laid against the man in relation to alleged driving matters, theft-related incidents, burglaries, and making threats to kill.
Sergeant Thompson said a further two people were arrested at the address, but were released pending further inquiries.
