CALLING all cat lovers!
There’s a special festival coming up just for you – and you could win free tickets to it!
The inaugural Cat Lovers Show is on in Melbourne on September 8 and 9.
It follows the success of the Dog Lovers Show earlier this year.
The Cat Lovers Show, at the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton, is the first feline festival in the country.
The Bendigo Advertiser has five double passes to give away to the event, valued at a total of $300.
For your chance to win, simply fill out the form here:
The competition will close on September 5. Five winners will be drawn at random.
Cat Lovers Show creator Jason Humphris said the show would educate and entertain.
“The Cat Lovers Show will be dedicated to educating, informing and entertaining visitors in a truly memorable way and is an opportunity to connect with dozens of breeds and hundreds of beautiful cats,” he said.
“One of the main objectives of the show is to raise awareness for cat rescue and we are working closely with leading animal shelters across Victoria to drive adoptions, while educating people about responsible and committed cat ownership.’’
The event is on Saturday, September 8 and Sunday, September 9, from 9.30am to 5pm daily at 9 Nicholson Street, Carlton.
People can visit catloversshow.com.au for more information or to buy tickets.
Visitors are unable to take their own cats to the show.
