Police said a Holden utility was travelling south east on Majorca Road at 7.25am on Monday when it was hit by a Holden Commodore sedan travelling north east on Landrigan Road.
A police investigation is ongoing as to the cause of the crash.
One male driver was taken to hospital for shock. The other two people involved were assessed by paramedics at the scene.
The road was closed briefly, but is now open.
Police have reminded drivers to take care in low visibility environments.
