Kerry Sapsed says the best time is cuppa time, and the most relaxing cuppa is a chai.
Mrs Sapsed’s Thyme For Tea business is one of 35 that will take part in this weekend’s WellFest Bendigo expo at the Bendigo Stadium.
It will be the first time the lifestyle, personal development and lifestyle festival has been run.
Organisers say it is open to all genders and ages and entry will be free of charge. Exhibitors will focus on everything from yoga to beauty, inner health. personal training and more.
Mrs Sapsed said she loved meeting people and blending tea, which made an event like this ideal.
“My slogan is ‘take five minutes of your busy day and make it time for tea’,” she said.
“It’s great for people’s wellbeing.”
Mrs Sapsed will be demonstrating how to make chai tea during WellFast.
“My two favourite things in life are tea and cooking,” she said.
“Chai has its own special aroma and spices, so you are able to create whatever you can, depending on your mood that day.”
WellFest Bendigo takes place on Saturday and Sunday from 9am until 4pm.
