Mrs Sapsed said she loved meeting people and blending tea, which made an event like this ideal.
“My slogan is ‘take five minutes of your busy day and make it time for tea’,” she said.
“It’s great for people’s wellbeing.”
Mrs Sapsed will be demonstrating how to make chai tea during WellFast.
“My two favourite things in life are tea and cooking,” she said.
“Chai has its own special aroma and spices, so you are able to create whatever you can, depending on your mood that day.”
