Having gone through a patch of three losses in four games, the Thunder have kicked 35 goals to three in their past two matches to get their season back on track.
“We've played some good footy the past few weeks and the vibe around the club has been great. Last week was a full four quarter performance and we want to keep that momentum going,” Thunder coach Luis Alvarez-Harris said on Friday.
The Thunder will go into Sunday’s match without star forward Bella Ayre, who has a broken finger.
“Bella is a big loss, but we'll back in our girls to get the job done in her absence,” Alvarez-Harris said.
Sunday’s game at A.H. Capp Reserve starts at 3pm.
