CMC topped pool one and BSE won pool two and the schools will now meet in the grand final at a date yet to be determined.
The winner of the grand final advances to the regional championships in Swan Hill next month.
In Tueday’s action, CMC didn’t concede one point in its two matches at Marist College in Maiden Gully.
CMC defeated Marist College 6.4 (40) to no score and then belted Crusoe College 14.12 (96) to no score. In the remaining game, Crusoe College defeated Marist College 6.7 (43) to 4.2 (26).
In pool two at Epsom, BSE proved too good for Eaglehawk SC 4.5 (29) to 1.0 (6) before handing Weeroona College and Girton Grammar 52 and 68-point defeats respectively.
In other games, Eaglehawk defeated Girton 5.5 (35) to 2.4 (16) and Weeroona 8.4 (52) to no score. In the battle of the bottom two teams, Girton was too strong for Weeroona 5.1 (31) to 1.0 (6).
