Wilson earned the award for her performances against arch-rivals Ballarat and Geelong last week.
Playing in the rare Wednesday night timeslot at the Bendigo Stadium Wilson had 23 points, eight rebounds and eight assists in Bendigo’s 78-55 victory over Ballarat.
Three nights later in Geelong she was again instrumental with a triple-double performance of 19 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists in Bendigo’s 91-83 win.
Wilson’s 19 points against the Supercats included shooting a perfect 10-of-10 from the free-throw line.
So consistent has Wilson been this season, there has been only one game so far where she hasn’t had double figures in either assists or points.
Across the season Wilson is averaging 15.9 points, 11.3 assists and 6.2 rebounds per game and shaping as one of the leading contenders for the SEABL MVP.
With two games left in the regular season the Braves women are still unbeaten with an 18-0 record.
They host Frankston (2-17) at the Bendigo Stadium from 6pm on Friday night, which is followed by the men’s game from 8pm.
