Fatal crash accused to appear in court next year
A man charged over a fatal crash at Newbury in January will return to court next year, when it will be decided if there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial.

Hari Krishna Reddy Bommareddy, 24, from Grovesdale, appeared in Bendigo Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
Mr Bommareddy is charged with dangerous driving causing death and culpable driving causing death in relation to the January 4 crash.
A 30-year-old Fern Hill man died after a car and a truck collided on the Greendale-Trentham Road.
A contested committal hearing will begin in the Bendigo Magistrates’ Court in January next year.
The court will hear from two witnesses: an accident reconstruction expert and an expert on fatigue.
