Police have charged the driver involved in a crash in Mandurang last year that killed cyclist Jason Lowndes.

The 23-year-old rider was allegedly struck from behind by a Mazda sedan on Sedgwick Road on December 22.
The incident occurred at 10.15am, near Pearces Road.
Lowndes was flown to The Royal Melbourne Hospital following the crash but died several hours later, leaving the Australian cycling community in mourning.
Billie Rodda, 20, has been charged with dangerous driving causing death, careless driving and using a mobile phone while driving.
She appeared in court on Monday morning.
In January, more than 300 cyclists gathered at De Soza Park in Buninyong to dedicate a lap of honour to Lowndes. He was remembered as an upbeat, people person with an infectious smile and uncanny ability to lift the spirits of those around him.
In May, the Ride of Silence, an annual memorial ride held across the world to commemorate cyclists who have died on the roads, paid special tribute to Lowndes in its 13th year in Bendigo.
