Special guests will include The Angels, Baby Animals, The Screaming Jets, Jon Stevens, Moving Pictures and Chocolate Starfish.
Bendigo is one of the first three cities in the month-long touring festival, which starts at Seppeltsfield Wines in the Barossa Valley on February 16.
The rock bands are scheduled to take to the stage at the Bendigo Racecourse on February 23.
Tour promoter Duane McDonald told the Bendigo Advertiser in March Quatro would play Bendigo in 2019 ‘in an ideal world’.
She played in Ballarat for the tour in January.
More than 8000 people came to the Bendigo Jockey Club in March to see John Farnham, the Baby Animals, 1927, Daryl Braithwaite, The Black Sorrows, and Vika and Linda Bull perform.
Mr McDonald expected Quatro would draw a crowd, too.
“Suzi is the Queen of Rock and audiences have always loved when she is part of the tour,” he said.
“To have such a top icon on top of this incredible bill certainly makes this one of the hottest shows this summer.
“This really is the ultimate rock n roll line-up – we can’t wait to head out for these shows, they are going to go off!”
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Thursday via Ticketmaster.
Red Hot Summer Tour organisers have advised patrons not to purchase tickets from unauthorised sellers, as fraudulent tickets will not be honoured.
