Childs said after Wednesday night’s hearing the Bloods would consider their appeal options following the penalty for striking Sandhurst’s Lee Coghlan.
However, AFLCV confirmed on Friday it had been informed South Bendigo would not be appealing.
Childs can still coach South Bendigo during his suspension, which takes in games against Maryborough, Castlemaine and Golden Square.
