Flag Raising and Launch of Bendigo NAIDOC Week Program
Official launch of NAIDOC Week celebrations, including a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony, official flag presentation and flag raising ceremony. Civic reception and morning tea to follow in the Bendigo Town Hall.
Hosted by the City of Greater Bendigo. Free.

NAIDOC Children’s Day
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural inspired activities for the whole family. Come and join a day full of fun and be ready to dance with the Indigenous Hip Hop Projects. Traditional Food Tastings and BBQ provided, Cultural Performances and smoking ceremony.
Giveaways for children, wildlife display, interactive displays, story time and lots more. Free.

NAIDOC Basketball Fun Day
Basketball Skills Clinic coordinated by Bendigo Braves and Joe Hurst and Basketball games. Exhibition match between Victoria Police members and Koori youth.
Barbecue lunch provided. All welcome. Free.
All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
