The 17-year-old was last seen at her home address on Waddell Street, Bacchus Marsh on June 12 at around 11pm.
She is described as being 170cm tall with long brown hair and was last seen wearing a red and black hooded flannel shirt, grey track pants and white runners.
Police are investigating a possible sighting of Alyssa at Southern Cross Railway Station on June 12 at 11:30pm and believe she may be frequenting the Bendigo or Ballarat areas.
Anyone who sees Alyssa is urged to call Bacchus Marsh Police Station on (03) 5336 4500.
