Emergency services were notified of a road incident on the Murray Valley Highway near the Loddon Valley Highway about 1.50pm.
Firefighters and police remain at the scene.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said there were two patients.
A man, in his 20s – 30s, was taken to Swan Hill hospital in a stable condition for minor injuries to his head and other injuries to a leg.
Another man, in his 40s, was assessed at the scene for minor injuries to his upper body.
