Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a woman in regard to a quadruple fatal collision in Navarre.

The collision occurred on Bains Road on 5 May as four people, all from the south-western district, were returning from a day at St Arnaud.
All four occupants of one of the vehicles died.
The deceased were a 64-year-old Heywood woman, 72-year-old Portland woman, and 74- and 75-year-old women from Hamilton.
The 64-year-old Stawell woman driving the other vehicle has been charged with four counts of culpable driving causing death.
She has been bailed to appear in Ballarat Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
