Bendigo Magistrates' Court grants extra time to discuss case related to fatal crash in Castlemaine

A CASTLEMAINE man charged with dangerous driving causing death will reappear before the Magistrates’ Court next month.

Michael Garry Suckling’s case was today adjourned, pending further discussions between his lawyer and the prosecution.

Mr Suckling is accused of causing the death of a passenger after the vehicle he was alleged to have been driving crashed into a pole at the corner of Forest and Urquhart streets in Castlemaine in January.
