We are a passionate group of friends dedicated to helping the ‘little ones’ who may be very young and need a little bit of extra care. We are an in home foster care network located in Bendigo and take small kittens and puppies to help them grow up to be strong enough to be adopted by loving families.

Our animals are vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated, desexed, and flea and worm treated before going to their new homes.

New foster carers are always welcome to help the animals in need.  Please help us to help the animals.

Happy Paws is a privately run, pro-life animal rescue group located in Bendigo, Victoria.

We are dedicated to rescuing animals that are in desperate need of a second chance and prepare them for adoption.

This process involves any vet work required and every animal is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas and worms.

We are currently looking for amazing people to become Foster Carers.

Fostering provides a homeless animal with a safe and loving home until a forever family can be found.

Rescue groups can only take on an animal if a Foster Carer is available, without a Carer, an animal is likely to face an uncertain future in the pound.

Mt Alexander Animal Welfare Inc.

Mt Alexander Animal Welfare Inc is a not for profit animal welfare organisation providing high quality animal care and community education on animal welfare. 

We find lifelong homes for surrendered and homeless animals through careful rehoming programs.
