Vlaeminck captured 5-32 as the Australian under-19s defeated the South African Emerging Women by 177 runs.
The Aussie under-19s batted first and made 306, thanks largely to skipper Rachel Trenaman who made 91.
Vlaeminck took over the game with the ball.
The Strathdale-Maristians product tore through the South African line-up with spinner Georgia Wareham (4-17).
Vlaeminck took two wickets lbw and one bowled in her seven overs.
The Aussie under-19s are undefeated on their South African tour and Vlaeminck has played a fine tour from an individual point of view.
In four games on tour, Vlaeminck has taken nine wickets at an average of 12.22.
