The Roos this week announced the signing of left-hander Dwyer, who has spent the past four seasons with Sedgwick, scoring 2607 runs.
“He brings a wealth of cricket experience and personal values to us this season,” new Kangaroo Flat coach Wayne Stubbings said in announcing Dwyer’s signing.
Dwyer plundered eight centuries in his four seasons with Sedgwick, which included a club record 271 against West Bendigo in 2016-17.
The Roos finished fifth in the Bendigo District Cricket Association last season.
