A Bendigo man has had his licence suspended and his car impounded after allegedly returning a blood alcohol reading of more than three times the legal limit.

About 2am Friday, police responded to reports of an erratic driver in Neale Street, Flora Hill.
There they intercepted a vehicle and took the 35-year-old driver back to the police station, where he allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.159.
The man’s vehicle was impounded for one month, with the cost to have it returned after that time at $1175.
His licence was immediately suspended.
The man will also face court at a later date.
