The event has found success in Melbourne and Ballarat. It will see lighting installations take over the city along with visual arts, projects, audio performances, music and live performances reach every corner of the city.
Organisers are calling for expressions of interest from artists, musicians and performers who can present Bendigo in a different light.
In 2017, White Night was held in a regional city for the first time.
More than 40,000 people visited Ballarat to see the spectacle earlier in March last year.
Bendigo has been vying for the chance to stage White Night since the state government announced the event would be staged in regional Victoria.
