Acting Detective Sergeant Shane Kervin, from Campaspe CIU, said the 41-year-old man was arrested and charged after police carried out a search warrant at a Pyramid Hill property on Tuesday, April 3.
Acting Detective Sergeant Kervin said the warrant related to the theft of a ski boat from Ogilvie Avenue in Echuca on March 7, which was found burnt out in Gunbower State Forest two days later.
But police found property at the home that allegedly links the man to burglaries at two properties at Mologa in late February and early March.
It is alleged police also seized a number of cannabis plants at the Pyramid Hill property.
The man faces charges related to theft, burglary, criminal damage and cultivating a narcotic plant.
He was bailed to appear at Echuca Magistrates’ Court on June 20.
