The Ironbark Gully Friends will hold its second Shindig on the Gully, this year inviting people to engage with the group to share their thoughts on the group’s Public Space Corridor Concept Plan.

Group coordinator Jacky Vincent said it was a family friendly event with an array of events and activities for children.
“This is a great opportunity to engage with the community to develop and share ideas about the future of the space,” Mr Vincent said.
“We see this as a great chance to get the community motivated in wanting to develop the area for a more friendly public space for the future.”
The Ironbark Gully Public Space Corridor Concept Plan
The Shindig on the Gully is a free event and will include live music from Bendigo musicians Steph Bitter and Jo Woodward, an African drum workshop and a performance from Pearl.
Throughout the day there will be a range of child-friendly activities and a free BBQ from the Rotary Club of Bendigo South.
The event will take place on Sunday March 25 from 11am-3pm at Prouses Road Recreation Reserve, North Bendigo.
