The road was closed near McPhail Road at Tragowel from about 10am to about 2.30pm.
UPDATE 1.06pm: Two women have been injured in a truck rollover near Kerang this morning.
A woman aged in her 20s was taken to Swan Hill hospital in a stable condition with facial, hand, chest and neck injuries.
A woman aged in her 40s was also taken to Swan Hill hospital in a stable condition with neck injuries.
The Loddon Valley Highway remains closed near McPhail Road at Tragowel.
UPDATE 11.22am: Paramedics have transported two people to Swan Hill District Health with suspected neck injuries following a truck rollover near Kerang.
Motorists are still being advised to avoid the Loddon Valley Highway near McPhail Road at Tragowel.
EARLIER: The Loddon Valley Highway is closed in both directions near Kerang following a truck roll over.
VicRoads has advised motorists to avoid the highway near McPhail Road at Tragowel.
Alternative routes include Boort-Kerang Road.
Emergency services are at the scene of the incident, which occurred shortly before 9.30am.
Paramedics are assessing two people for injuries.
