The frames were delivered via truck and then hoisted with a crane in Bushs Ln into the building located at 103 Mitchell St.
The prefabricated steel frames had been assembled at another location and then delivered to the construction site.
Troy Nunn from Nunn Bros Haulage said they had delivered load nine of the 24 loads and hoped to have the others completed on a weekend to minimise disrupted traffic.
Mr Nunn said the steel frames that were delivered today were part of the second-storey of the development.
The building on Mitchell St already has operating retail shops on the ground level, and the offices and apartments on the upper levels are still under construction.
