Babies were able to learn about the listening, language and learning skills of the English language through fun nursery rhymes.
Children services library officer Robyn Greene recited numerous classics for parents and babies to join in on the singing, rhyming and rhythm percussion.
Naghmana Tehseen came along to socialise with the other parents as well as give her children the chance to learn nursery rhymes and interact with other toddlers and babies.
“Rhymes and story time are a good way to teach babies and toddlers about language, but to also socialise and to be around other children,” she said.
