Five employees will be affected when the Mitchell Street outdoor clothing and accessories shop closes at 5.30pm.
Mountain Designs shops in Cannington, Toowoomba and Wollongong will also close on Wednesday.
Four additional stores have already shut following the company’s decision to reduce its ‘retail footprint’ by closing ‘under-performing stores’.

Mountain Designs shops at Joondalup, Wagga Wagga, Toowong and Dubbo closed on Sunday.
Stores at Pacific Fair, Ashmore, Bunbury, Moorabbin and Warringah will also close, but the date has yet to be determined.
The closures affect a third of the company’s 39 retail stores.
Mountain Designs also trades online.
The company attributed the decision to shut 13 of its stores to changing pressures within the retail sector that are influencing customer buying practices.
“Some of these include increased competition, price discount fatigue, a decline in national consumer foot traffic, and new broadening technology platforms and online services,” Mountain Designs said in a statement.
“Mountain Designs is making operational and strategic adjustments to counter these.”
The company is not in administration.
Mountain Designs said it was business as usual for the other 16 stores.
