Emergency services were called to the scene on the Bendigo-Maryborough Road in the Havelock Nature Conservation Reserve about 2am.
The 25-year-old driver, the only occupant of the car, suffered injuries to her pelvis and the right side of her body, and was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Sergeant Gary Walter, from Maryborough police, said the cause of the crash had not yet been determined.
