MATTHEW Dellavedova’s Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors’ first meeting since last season’s playoffs has ended in a similar vein.
The Raptors defeated the Bucks on Tuesday (Australian time) 131-127 in overtime.
Milwaukee came from four points behind at three-quarter time to force overtime, but were outscored by Toronto 17-13.
The loss snapped a two-game NBA win streak for the Bucks, who slipped to 19-16.
Toronto won the teams’ 2016-17 first-round playoff series in six games.
Dellavedova scored six points and had five rebounds and nine assists.
Point guard Eric Bledsoe led the Bucks with 29 points, while star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with 26.
Shooting guard DeMar DeRozan starred for the Raptors (25-10) with 52 points and eight assists, while Kyle Lowry scored 26.
The Bucks play the Indiana Pacers on Thursday in Indianapolis.
