Previously set to be held at Belvoir Park Estate, the food and wine event has moved indoors at the Prince of Wales Showgrounds.
The change was made due to the extreme weather conditions expected to hit Bendigo and surrounds this weekend.
Between 100 and 200mm of water is expected to fall in central Victoria over Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The entertainment will also go on, with Brian Mannix from the Uncanny X-Men, Scott Carne from Kids in the Kitchen and Dale Ryder from Boom Crash Opera, playing with the Absolute 80s band. The trio will combine to sing all their hits.
The Belvoir Park Estate Food and Wine Festival starts at 10.30am with free shuttle buses will be running from the Bendigo and Kangaroo Flat railway stations throughout the day.
It features six local wineries, a variety of food vendors and music from 11am to 6pm.
