The awards honour the contribution the late Tim Ledwidge made to Catholic College Bendigo as a teacher and coach.
Sexton, who was in her first season back from a knee reconstruction, polled 64 votes to win a keenly-contested netball vote count from Meg Williams, Madeline Sexton, Ellie Wilson and Olivia Houlden.
The CCB netball team finished runner-up in the School Sport Victoria championship.
In football, votes were awarded after each of CCB’s four Premier League matches.
Wallace, captain of the CCB football squad, polled 60 votes to defeat Oliver Leonard-Shannon, Shannon Murphy, Hunter Lawrence and Lachlan Gill.
