Steven Schenk, 13, was last seen leaving his home in Epsom on Sunday.
Police and family hold concerns for Steven due to his young age.
Steven is described as being about 165cm tall with a skinny build, blonde hair and hazel eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit pants and black sneakers.
Police have urged anyone who sights Steven to contact Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
