Police have taken a man into custody following an aggravated burglary in White Hills in the early hours of Sunday morning.

About 4.30am, the victim, aged in his mid-20s, awoke to the sound of the door being kicked in.
He found three males in his house, one of them holding a silver pot.
The offenders left the scene in a Holden Commodore sedan.
Sergeant Mick Delaney from Bendigo police said enquiries led them to take one man, aged in his mid-20s, into custody.
Sergeant Delaney said the man was under the influence of alcohol, and had been driving the vehicle.
He is expected to be charged in relation to the incident.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
