Community broadcaster Phoenix FM will host an open day on Wednesday from 10am – 2pm.

The radio station, which will soon celebrate its 10th anniversary, has a high number of “senior volunteer presenters”.

“Some of our presenters are well into their 80s,” Anne Conway, of Phoenix FM, said.

“We celebrate and value them very much.”
