Aaron Burzacott, 34, was arrested during a raid on an address in Kangaroo Flat last week.
He faced the Bendigo Magistrates’ Court last week where he did not apply for bail, and was remanded in custody to face court on October 19.
Burzacott has been charged with 39 offences, including multiple counts of theft, theft of a vehicle, handling stolen goods and failure to appear in court.
Bendigo police Sergeant Joel Smith said Burzacott allegedly committed more offences while on the run from police.
