Skontra coached the Magpies for the past two seasons.

Skontra told Ballarat’s The Courier changes in his employment meant any coaching role he took on needed to be in the Ballarat region.

“I’m looking forward to having the family integrated pretty close with the footy club through the junior ranks,” Skontra said.
