Diamond Creek will take on women’s football powerhouse Darebin Falcons, which is hunting its fifth-straight premiership.
All three players are in their first season with Diamond Creek.
Harrington has already played in a football premiership this year with the Bendigo Thunder in what has been a seamless transition from basketball to the Sherrin.
Harrington signed with Diamond Creek just before the transfer deadline and has played with both the Creekers and Thunder throughout the season.
Grant has been named on a half-back flank, Kennedy in the forward pocket and Harrington at centre half-forward for the Creekers.
Diamond Creek has a 2-1 head-to-head advantage over Darebin this season, with one of its wins in the second semi-final by 25 points.
Sunday’s VFLW grand final starts at noon and will be broadcast on Channel Seven.
