The match will also mark the Tigers’ first final in the competition after joining the NCFL last year.
The Tigers were forced into the cut-throat first semi-final after last week losing second spot and slipping to third.
Boort beat Sea Lake Nandaly by seven points in round five, while the Tigers won the return bout in round 12 by 29 points.
