The man is facing charges relating to manufacturing and using a drug of dependence, and possessing and transmitting child exploitation material.
UPDATE 4.30pm: A raid today on a Myers Flat property discovered drug laboratory equipment, police have alleged.
The search of the Myers Flat Road address followed this morning’s raid at a Kangaroo Flat house, after which three people were arrested.
Two of those people have since been released without charge.
EARLIER: Police have discovered a drug lab during raids in Bendigo as part of an investigation into child exploitation material.
Police from the Clandestine Laboratory Squad joined detectives from the Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team at a Kangaroo Flat house this morning.
Detectives found a portable drug lab used to make amphetamines in the garage before attending a second property at Myers Flat.
One man was arrested at Lansell Square where child exploitation material was also seized.
Another man and woman are assisting police with their inquiries.
