Cole was recalled to the West Coast Eagles senior line-up for Thursday night’s clash with Geelong at Domain Stadium after some solid performances with East Perth in the WAFL in the past five weeks.
A quadricep injury forced Cole to miss the opening month of the season, but he has worked himself back into form.
Cole played two senior games for the Eagles in his rookie season last year.
He made his debut against the Gold Coast Suns in round 10 and played against the Western Bulldogs in round 11 before returning to the WAFL for the rest of the year.
He averaged 13 disposals and four marks over his two AFL games.
Cole was originally drafted by the Eagles with selection 36 in the 2015 national draft.
