The Storm look set to make a mess of Maryborough at Tannery Lane.
The Storm have welcomed back star midfielder Sam Heavyside and utility Brad Stringer and for the first time this season they have close to their full compliment of midfielders.
Maryborough’s past four trips to Tannery Lane have resulted in defeats of 119, 136, 141 and 98 points.
The Magpies most recent performances against South Bendigo and Kangaroo Flat suggest the Storm will rack up another triple-figure win on Saturday.
Kangaroo Flat and Castlemaine go into their round five clash with the same 1-3 record, but their form has been miles apart.
The Roos have been competitive in their defeats, while Castlemaine has lost three games by an average margin of 146 points.
To make matters worse for the Magpies, they’ll be without key forward Mark Ramsey and veteran midfielder Wayne Schultz for the trip to Dower Park.
The Magpies have lost to Kangaroo Fat at Dower Park the past three years, including a 69-point drubbing last year. The expected wet conditions might help the Magpies get closer, but the Roos should win comfortably.
