Tuesday saw a fascinating insight into the conception, design, and execution of the House of Mirrors installation by the artists themselves, Christian Wagstaff and Keith Courtney.
On Thursday, a seminar with Fiona Trigg, Curator at ACMI, and LAI’s Dr Karen Annett-Thomas, continued to mine the rich field of ideas inherent in this wonderful installation.
With the opportunity to unpack some of the concepts and connections to other areas of life, these lectures have provoked discussion and offered attendees a chance to experience the House of Mirrors in new ways, from new angles.
The Exhibiting Culture series continues next week.
Exhibiting Culture presents two lectures on April 24 and 27 at La Trobe Art Institute, 121 View Street, Bendigo.
