Emergency services were called to Napier Street in White Hills near the Captain Cook Hotel just after 10pm.
The woman, in her 20s, was the sole occupant of the car, which crashed into a power pole.
Victoria Police, Country Fire Authority, Ambulance Victoria and Powercor crews attended the scene.
Bendigo CFA Senior Station Officer Dale Stemmer said the power pole snapped in the crash and power lines were across the vehicle and road when crews arrived.
Nearby houses also lost power.
The woman was taken to Bendigo Health in a stable condition with minor injuries.
