With their wins in the finals, the two sides coached by Tim Rodda (under-16) and Greg Lyon (under-14) ended the carnival unbeaten.
The under-16s defeated Murray Valley by 43 runs after successfully defending their 7-148 off 45 overs.
James Schischka and Will Gadsden both made 34 for Bendigo, before James Vlaeminck bagged 4-22 as Murray Valley was all out for 105.
In the under-14 match, Shepparton was bundled out for 84 after being sent in, with the Bendigo wickets shared around.
In reply Bendigo took 26.4 overs to answer with 1-87, with Abe Sheahan (40 retired) and Benjamin Williams (29 n.o.) the chief run-scorers.
Meanwhile, on day four of the Australian Country Cricket Championships, Victoria defeated Western Australia by six runs and South Australia by 15 runs in its two T20 matches.
