The Dragons have secured Tom Kohler-Cadmore as their marquee player for next Tuesday night’s BDCA Twenty20 match against Golden Square at Bendigo Door Centre Weeroona Oval from 5.15pm.
In May this year Kohler-Cadmore set a new record for the highest score in England’s NatWest T20 Blast competition when he smacked 127 off just 54 balls for the Worcestershire Rapids against the Durham Jets.
The 22-year-old’s record-setting innings included taking just 43 balls to get to 100.
Kohler-Cadmore – the 2014 Young Wisden Schools Cricketerer of the Year – is a Worcestershire club-mate of Zen Malik, who is playing this season with the Dragons.
Kohler-Cadmore is playing this summer with Penrith in Sydney’s grade competition and has already made two centuries, including 150 n.o. against Sydney.
