Taking place on Sunday, drivers of classic and modified cars will meet at the Ravenswood service station at 10am, before taking the 20-minute journey to Pratty's Patch Hotel.
Event organiser Melanie Tatt said the annual Christmas cruise was about helping less fortunate children, who might otherwise have no presents.
"It sort of came about as a bit of an excuse to put another drive on, but we knew we could make it something special and help people out," she said.
"There are so many kids out there that are underprivileged, so to be able to do something like this to help them out is fantastic."
Participants in the cruise must bring a toy, all of which will be donated to the Salvation Army.
Entertainment will be provided for the whole family at Pratty's Patch, with a jumpy castle and face painting for kids.
